Aim Transportation Solutions’ sales and leadership teams traveled to Fort Myers, FL, for the company’s ninth annual National Sales Meeting, where milestones were recognized, achievements were celebrated and the all-important groundwork was laid out for success in the new year.
True to the intention of the meeting, this year’s tagline was Rev Up Success. The multi-day event, which is organized each year by Jessica Deane, Aim’s Vice President of Marketing, consisted of a formal awards dinner, an entertaining and highly valuable vendor fair, and an array of meetings, guest speakers and discussions designed to prepare Aim’s salesforce for the challenges Aim’s customers and the industry at large will face this year.
Several of Aim’s technicians and office personnel recently took part in CDL training hosted by Aim’s safety team in Youngstown, OH—home to Aim’s headquarters. The program, which lasted one week for technicians and one day for administrative staff, offered participants a firsthand look at the responsibilities and challenges faced by CDL drivers.

This year’s Annual Maintenance Meeting kicked off on October 16 in Cleveland, OH. Being held in the birthplace of rock ‘n’ roll, the theme of this year’s event was “Rock On.” However, that simple two-word tagline is more than just a nod to the location of this year’s meeting. It also conveys Aim’s unrelenting drive to uphold Aim’s superior fleet maintenance services.
Aim recently celebrated its drivers and technicians during National Driver Appreciation Week (Sept. 16-20) and National Technician Appreciation Week (Sept. 23-27). All drivers and techs received thank-you gifts, and the names of 20 lucky winners were randomly drawn to receive Blackstone griddles.
