Women bring invaluable skills, perspectives and work ethic that help drive the industry forward. As more women take on crucial roles—such as truck drivers, diesel mechanics, dispatchers, managers and executives—their positive impacts are being felt throughout the industry.
One key benefit of having more women in transportation is enhanced safety.
