As a testament to Aim’s commitment to exceptional customer service and our dedication to keeping our customers’ trucks on the road where they belong, the performance metrics in each shop’s report card set the bar high.
Through the leadership of Garfield Heights Service Manager Chris Church, the team completed training requirements, timely preventative maintenance for Aim customers, achieved impeccable work order management, reduced call-backs, and quickly and efficiently managed recall repairs-- improving processes and achieving success in every step along the way.
“Chris and his team had the best overall report card performance in the entire company,” said Steve Shacklock, Aim Director of Maintenance East. “That takes real leadership to achieve those goals month after month. It’s no easy task, and every step along the way this team consistently performed and performed well.”

The presence of women is steadily increasing in the traditionally male-dominated commercial transportation industry. As more women join the ranks of truck drivers, dispatchers, managers and executives, their impact is being felt in various aspects of the industry. Their influence has helped drive innovation, safety, and efficiency, highlighting the importance of gender diversity in this crucial function of our country.
Women in the transportation industry diversifies the workforce. Why is this important if not necessary? Women bring different perspectives, experiences and skills to the table, enriching the industry and promoting a more inclusive environment.
