Tom Reda serves as Senior Vice President of Integrated Sales at Aim Transportation Solutions, leading the growth and strategic direction of the company’s Integrated Logistics division. Since joining Aim in 2019, he has leveraged more than 20 years of transportation experience across operations, logistics management, and business development to strengthen customer partnerships and expand the company’s Dedicated Contract Carriage (DCC) services.

Tom began his career in scheduling, routing, and dispatch before advancing to manage multiple operations and design large-scale transportation solutions. His experience spans multi-client logistics, building products, home delivery, food service, metals, and chemical distribution—equipping him to develop customized solutions for diverse industries nationwide.

He is passionate about building lasting, mutually beneficial partnerships and believes Aim’s flexibility, industry expertise, and strong culture create a meaningful competitive advantage for customers and employees alike.
