Carli Kuntze Named VP of HR
Aim Transportation Solutions is thrilled to announce the promotion of Carli Kuntze to Vice President of Human Resource. Coming on board in 2008, Kuntze entered Aim as an HR Assistant. Over the course of her 14-year career, she has vaulted through ranks, first moving into a supervisory position as the Human Resource Manager and then moving up to the Director of Human Resource and now transitioning to a vice president role.
As Aim’s Vice President of Human Resource, Kuntze’s goal, first and foremost, will be remaining dedicated to Aim’s employees, ensuring they have the necessary tools, training and resources to be successful. Beyond that, she will assume a more active role in opening and closing facilities and customer accounts, developing ongoing training programs for Aim’s management team, implementing and managing an employee support center, reviewing department technology to ensure both employee and customer satisfaction, spearheading inter-department projects and continuing to be the lead on Aim’s amazing employee benefits.
“Carli is knowledgeable, resourceful and infinitely determined,” said Patty Durkin, Aim’s Chief Human Resource Officer. “I have enjoyed working with Carli for the past 14 years and can’t imagine anyone being better suited or more ready to take on the responsibilities of this position.”
Kuntze’s promotion couldn’t come at a better time. Throughout the last couple of years, Aim has brought on record numbers of new customers across the U.S. With that rapid growth comes surges of new-hires and promotions to ensure Aim upholds its commitment to delivering unbeatable customer service. So, with more than a thousand employees nationwide, Kuntze, in her VP role, will play an increasingly vital role in managing and enhancing the employee experience in and outside of the workplace along with overseeing company policies and procedures.

Beginning her education at Youngstown State University as a criminal justice major, Kuntze found herself gravitating toward psychology and made the switch. Urged to pick a minor, she chose business. She discovered she had a knack and a passion for the field and ended up graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. It wasn’t until an internship in the HR department at a nearby hospital that she landed on the foundation of her career. In 2016, she would go on to receive her MBA from Malone University.

Mrs. Carli Kuntze loves spending time with her husband of 14 years, Kyle; their two kids, Ashlyn and Jaxson; and their two dogs. They enjoy the beach and spending time with friends and family. When they’re not doing that, she and her husband enjoy renovating their home.
