Two Aim Finalists Place in the Top Three in the Final Round of NationaLease Tech Challenge

Posted on May 23rd, 2018

CHARLOTTE, NC – The NationaLease Tech Challenge, now in its eighth year, recognizes member company technicians with the opportunity to show off their abilities in a series of events testing their maintenance knowledge and skills, and in March, Aim announced it had four technicians place first in the preliminary round of this event: Those winners were Bob Mrzyglod, out of Buffalo, NY; John Norwood, Elmhurst, IL; Ray Evans, Canton, OH; and Steven Vought, Loveland, CO.

Last week, on May 15, our winners took their talents to Charlotte, NC, for the final round of this NationaLease event, and Aim is pleased to share that Bob Mrzyglod grabbed second place, and John Norwood landed in third.

But it doesn’t end there.

The week of September 16, Bob and John will go on to compete for tech glory in Orland, FL, at the Technology & Maintenance Council’s National Technician Skills Competition (TMCSuperTech).

The TMCSuperTech is the premier skills competition for the best-of-the-best commercial vehicle technicians. During the two-day event, competitors will compete in a series of written and hands-on challenges.

Best of luck in Orlando, Bob and John!
