Aim Announces New Regional Vice Presidents of Sales

Aim Leasing Company is proud to announce the promotion of two of its sales leaders to the position of Regional Vice President. Joe Telega, out of Girard, Ohio and Tim Hanley, out of Elmhurst, Illinois, have both been named Regional Vice President of Sales.
Joe Telega, former Regional Sales Manager, started with Aim 8 years ago as a lease sales representative. Joe is an alumni of Penn State University. Tim Hanley has been with Aim for nearly 20 years, with his roots also planted in sales. He is an alumni of Eastern Illinois University.
Matt Svancara, the Executive Vice President of Sales, says of the promotions, “Both Joe and Tim have been standouts for hard work, leadership, and character throughout their careers thus far at Aim.” Joe and Tim will both be charged with overseeing the development of business in their respective regions, in this role. The sales staff for each region will report to them and they are responsible for the growth and maintenance of their regions’ customer bases.
“The future of our region looks bright” says Joe. “It is comprised of a group of very talented sales professionals, which I’m fortunate to work with every day. I look forward to working with them and the entire team for many years to come” he goes on to say.
Aim Leasing Company, a nationwide company which provides full service leasing, commercial rentals, maintenance, and shop management services for businesses is headquartered in Girard, Ohio, the region which Joe oversees, which contains all of Ohio. Tim will oversee Detroit, Elkhart, Indianapolis and the Chicago region.
Tim says of his promotion, “I am honored to be leading our efforts here in the Midwest Region for Aim Leasing Co. We have an outstanding team in place and I look forward to continued growth with all our product lines.”
Joe resides in Hermitage, PA with his wife Maegan and two children, Graeme (3) and Kate (newborn). In his free time he enjoys fly fishing, golf, and skiing.
Tim, from Chicago Heights, IL enjoys coaching his daughter’s, Maddie & Allie’s, softball teams in his free time. He is a Veteran of the United States Marine Corps and happily married to his wife, Lisa.
