The Loveland, CO-based company delivers more than just top-notch coffee and tea. Gold Seal also provides coffee and specialty beverage sellers with necessities like hot and cold beverage cups, coffee stirrers, straws, cup sleeves and drink carriers. Essentially, Gold Seal delivers all the supplies necessary to operate a coffee shop.
That last bit is important. Without those supplies, those businesses can’t remain open. This means Gold Seal must make its deliveries on time every time, and they can’t do that without reliable, well-maintained trucks. That, of course, is where Aim Transportation Solutions comes in.
What started as a fun and festive team-building exercise turned into something much more meaningful this month at Aim’s corporate headquarters in Youngstown, OH.
“I think it just speaks to the center of Aim’s corporate culture that a simple team-building exercise, to create a little bit of fun in the office, turned into a meaningful and impactful fundraising effort,” said Vice President of Human Resources, Carli Kuntze. “We have an amazing group of people at Aim who are always going above and beyond to make a difference in the community.”
It was a jolly ol’ time at the Aim Transportation Solutions offices, in Youngstown, OH, as employees took part in our annual Christmas Luncheon.
“We’re all extremely busy, especially this time of year, so the annual Christmas Luncheon is a great way for us to slow down, take a moment and celebrate and appreciate the holiday season with our co-workers, who truly are like a second family,” said Karrie Chilkotowsky, Aim’s Software Project Manager and this year’s event organizer.
Aim Transportation Solutions delivers unparalleled commercial fleet solutions to business of any size in any industry. But there’s one defining quality that truly sets Aim apart from its competitors: the close, one-on-one relationships we forge with our valued customers. That kind of close-knit and trusted connection was exactly what top-notch food distributor Kaleel Brothers was looking for in their dedicated fleet provider.
Aim and the United Way have been partnering for years to enrich the local community and help those who need it most. Today we kicked off this year’s United Way campaign with pastries and raffle prizes to encourage our awesome employees to get involved!
Aim CIO and VP of IT, John Reed, is giving this cool shark a thumbs-up because Aim is a proud sponsor of the Youngstown Business Incubator's Shark Tank fundraising event. This annual occasion showcases entrepreneurship and innovation while promoting economic development across the Mahoning Valley and Northeast Ohio—the home of Aim’s HQ.
Shipping ain’t easy. Managing inbound and outbound shipments, especially for high-volume businesses, can be a nightmare. Shippers who depend on multiple carrier services understand this painfully well. They’ve lived and breathed how disjointed (and maddening) this process can be: reaching out to numerous carriers, confirming capacity, requesting quotes, checking statuses, confirming deliveries and the list goes on. Naturally, this decentralized process can—and does—yield inconsistent quality of service and cost.
