Scott Fornia-Fleming

Scott Fleming has been in and around trucks most of his life. For four generations, his family name has been synonymous with transportation. Scott began working at Aim as a teenager on the maintenance shop floor; cleaning, fueling trucks, and running for parts. After earning his Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Scott joined the family business full time as fleet asset manager and later in full-service lease sales at the Denver, CO facility.

During his college years, Scott enlisted in the United States Marine Corps Reserves. In 2005 Scott took a hiatus from Aim to serve our country on active duty in Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Upon his return from Iraq, Scott and his family moved back to Colorado to continue sales. In 2007 Scott became Aim's Regional Operations Coordinator in the Integrated Logistics area. During this time, Scott was instrumental in developing our carrier management program, which enabled us to manage our customers' entire supply chain.

In early 2013 Scott saw an opportunity to expand Aim’s offerings through a new division. Aim Services Company was founded, under his leadership, to provide transportation services to the growing oil and gas industry in the Utica and Marcellus Shale Play.

In early 2019 Scott was named Co-President of Aim where he assumes the role of leadership over all Aim companies, alongside his father Tom and brother Geoffrey.

Scott and his wife, Erica, live in Canfield, OH with their three children.
