On Monday, June 15th, Aim Transportation Solutions will officially release a brand-new mobile app, Aim Navigator, available for download on the App Store for iPhone and the Google Play Store for Android. Aim Navigator offers our customers, both those who are engaged in Full Service Lease programs and those utilizing Integrated Logistics, the ability to navigate managing their fleets through the convenience of their smartphone.
Aim Navigator will initially feature the three tools which we felt would benefit our customers most: mDVIR (Mobile Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports), Where’s My Load?, and Integrated Dashboard. However, more functionality will come as this is tool has been designed for continued growth.
Available to Aim’s lease and Integrated Logistics customers, the simple-to-use mDVIR tool provides drivers a contactless, paperless way of submitting their daily pre-trip and post-trip inspection reports right from their smartphones. There’s no login required; drivers simply enter their unit number to get started. Once submitted, these mDVIRs are fed into Aim’s exclusive eDVIR portal, giving those on the administrative side several options to search, store, retrieve, track, alert and much more—taking much of the stress out of an inspection or audit.
A webinar on June 16, at 2 p.m. (EST), will spotlight Aim Navigator’s mDVIR tool, including both the driver submission process as well as the valuable reporting and record keeping functionality. Anyone looking to learn more can sign up here.
Where’s My Load?
This feature is as valuable to Aim’s customers as it is to customers of those customers. Where’s My Load?, exclusive to Aim Integrated Logistics clients, provides real-time delivery information, complete with estimated arrival times and current truck location tracked in-app via Google or Apple Maps, respectively. This allows users to plan ahead for delivery times as well as verify the exact time a product was delivered.
Integrated Dashboard is all about transparency. This tool gives customers of Aim Integrated Logistics a visual snapshot of important fleet data, including: fuel economy/MPG, cost per stop and cost per mile. Users can choose to show data from the past three, six, twelve or twenty-four months, giving them a clear picture of how their efforts in controlling costs are progressing. Aim Integrated Logistics customers can look forward to more data categories in the future.
Aim Navigator will also in include an employee portal. This portion of the app will offer Aim employees quick and easy access to important company-related information with plans for exciting options in the future that will help streamline certain routine procedures.
