Matt Svancara

Matt Svancara holds the position of Executive Vice President of Sales at Aim Leasing Company. Matt is both from and currently resides in the Cleveland, Ohio area. He holds a BA in Finance and an MBA both from Baldwin Wallace University.

Matt previously served at Aim as Regional Vice President for the Midwest. He has led Aim’s Sales and Marketing team since 2016 with the mission of driving the company’s overall revenue retention and growth.

He began his career with Aim in 1996 as a District Manager and has had a series of promotions during his tenure at Aim. During this time, Matt has been awarded the distinguished honor of qualifying for NationaLease’s Masters Club 10 consecutive years in a row. He was also inducted into the NationaLease Sales Hall of Fame.

In Matt’s free time he enjoys working out, fishing, and spending time with his wife Patty and adult sons.
