Not only has Geoff Fleming been in the transportation business for nearly two decades, but he carries on a more than 100-year legacy, beginning with his great grandfather, J.V. McNicholas, who started a hauling business with a horse and buggy in 1903, and continued on to Tom Fleming, who founded Aim Transportation Solutions in 1982.
In 2005, Geoff graduated from Boston College with a bachelor’s degree in finance. That same year, he joined Aim full-time. Since then he has functioned in various facets of the business, spending time working in maintenance operations at Aim’s headquarters in Girard, OH; securing business as part of Aim’s Chicago sales team; and prior to becoming Aim Co-President, holding the title of Vice President of Purchasing. In 2016, in the midst of his growth in the company, Geoff earned his MBA from Northwestern University.
In early 2019 Geoffrey Fleming was named Co-President of Aim, overseeing the company’s core goal of increasing efficiency and controlling costs for customers through transportation service offerings. He brings a wealth of knowledge, skill, and experience to leadership of the Aim’s day-to-day functions. He does this alongside his brother Scott Fleming, Aim Co-President, and his father, Tom Fleming, Aim Founder and CEO.
