Here at Aim Transportation Solutions, we, along with our affiliates and subsidiaries (further defined as “we,” “us,” or “our”), respect the privacy of our customers and are dedicated to protecting their personal information. For the sake of this Privacy Policy, the term “Sites” will be used to cover all websites owned and operated by us as well as our mobile application platforms.

WE COLLECT INFORMATION ABOUT YOU

We do our best to keep your information secure to prevent any unauthorized access to any data you send us, but we highly recommend when signing up for one of our Sites, that users provide the necessary security information needed and use a strong password in order to secure their information for themselves.

We are not responsible in the case that third parties may illegally obtain information or private communications. CHILDREN'S INFORMATION

Children ages 13 and under should not be providing any information about themselves to us or our Sites. We do not knowingly collect information of children 13 and under, this includes the child’s name, address, phone number, or email. In the event we discover we have collected the information of a child 13 or younger, we will delete any and all information provided in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Act and any other applicable law.

CALIFORNIA PRIVACY

Under California Civil Code Section 1798.83, residents of California have the right to request personal information provided to third parties if said resident has provided personal information to a business with whom they have established a business relationship with.
