Aim Salesmen Earn Top Honors with NationaLease

Masters Club status, has a nice ring to it, doesn’t it? As it should. Sales professionals within the NationaLease network who earn this prestigious standing have exceeded the highest level of performance.

Aim is thrilled to share that Aim Business Development Managers John Matthews and Mike Wall reached Masters Club status for their extraordinary sales performances in 2017. This is Mike Wall’s second time attaining this triumph, having earned it for the 2016 sales year alongside Aim Executive Vice President of Sales Matt Svancara.

Accomplishing this feat isn’t easy. It’s reserved for the top of the top echelon. Consider that NationaLease, one of the largest truck leasing organizations in North America, is comprised of 150 independent businesses, including Aim Transportation Solutions. This year, 21 salespeople, of those 150 businesses, made their way into Masters Club, two of which were Aim’s very own.

This year’s special award ceremony was held at the Hyatt Ziva in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, where salespeople in attendance received various awards, including a ring, wall plaque and sport jacket.

The benefits accrue far beyond this moment for years to come,” said Joe Gallick, Senior Vice President of Sales for NationaLease. “Witnessing our four first-time award winners celebrate among a group of multiple-year recipients only reinforces our belief that success breeds success.”

Matthews and Wall have been all-stars. Both recently earned awards at Aim’s 2018 National Sales Meeting: Strategies for Success in Fort Myers, Florida.
