Aim Integrated Logistics, a Top 25 Dedicated Carrier in the country, is excited to announce the addition of its new division, a 3PL service. Aim also welcomes BRANDON STIEB, who has been tasked with directing this new venture.“We wanted to expand our service offerings to our customers and this was the obvious next step,” said Stieb, Director of 3PL. “This is a major addition to our traditional role of leasing trucks and drivers dedicated to a specific account.” Stieb explained that this new venture will transition Aim into a full-service transportation company. “Customers will no longer have to call an outside provider when they have loads that may not fit Aim’s model,” he said. “We, ultimately, want to be the only call they have to make for their transportation needs.” AIM’s initial focus is going to be on their freight brokerage.Service offerings will include truckload brokerage, expedited services and specialized hauling. This new initiative is going to enhance the customer experience with Aim, according to DAVE GURSKA, Chief Operating Officer of Aim Integrated Logistics. “We look at all of our customers as partners and we are always looking to bring more value to that partnership,” Gurska said.”Through our new services, we will be able to strengthen our relationships and provide more solutions to customers’ transportation challenges.” Gurska said that Aim has made a significant investment in cloud-based TMS software and expects to launch the service in the near future. “Customers will be able to utilize our software and have full visibility to everything they have in our network,” he said. “This is something we’ve always wanted to do.” Stieb is no stranger to the world of third party logistics having worked in the field for 10 years before joining Aim.
