Aim Customer Survey Participants Win Gift Cards

This marks the fourth year that Aim has successfully conducted its annual customer satisfaction survey. It was a landmark year as Aim received a greater number of responses than any prior year. This survey is designed to gauge how well Aim is serving its valued customer and pinpoint areas for improvement.
“Customer service is of the utmost importance at Aim” says Jessica Bochy, Marketing Manager. “This survey is an important tool for us because it gives us a chance to reach all of our customer contacts and learn where we’re excelling and where we need to continue to grow and improve” Jessica goes on to say.
Another added benefit of the survey was the incentive giveaway that followed. Six randomly drawn participants were awarded $100 Amazon gift cards. The cards both acted as an incentive to participate and gave Aim a chance to show 6 customers how much Aim appreciates them.
