Aim annouces latest sales promotions

Aim NationaLease, the largest privately held full service truck leasing company in the United States, is pleased to announce the Promotion of Matt Svancara to Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

Matt Svancara previously served at Aim as Regional Vice President for the Midwest. Svancara will be leading Aim’s sales and account management team as well as driving overall revenue retention and growth. Svancara has over 20 years of industry experience and holds a BA in Finance and a MBA degree from Baldwin Wallace University.

“When Tom Fleming (Aim’s CEO) approached me I was honored and thrilled to have the opportunity to lead Aim’s sales at this exciting and pivotal point in the Company’s growth” says Svancara. “Aim has been a great company to work for and I’m looking forward to growing it in new directions and guiding the sales team into further success” he goes on to say.

Aim NationaLease is also pleased to announce the promotion of Tim Hanley (Chicago) and Steve Iskander (Indianapolis) to Regional Managers and will be responsible with overseeing business development in these newly created regions. Tim Hanley has over 22 years of industry experience and holds a bachelor’s degree from Eastern Illinois University and served our country for 4 years in the Marine Corps. Steve Iskander has over 13 years of industry experience and holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and an MBA from Ball State University. He enjoys training for Ironman triathlons in his free time.
