Road Rescue System:
From the Customer Zone you can view your Road Rescue incidents.
Click Road Rescue and you will see a selection appear to
show active, completed, or all breakdowns for a given period.

Once you make your selection and hit submit, you’ll
see a list of all breakdowns for the date range with the work
order #, unit #, date, facility, and description.
|
|
|
For more information, click on the work order # and you
can drill into the details of the breakdown. This will include
ALL notes about what happened, who was called, and when they
were called. Here we’ve selected to drill down on work
order 473271 where it says the “Unit won’t start”.
